بالرغم من انتقاد خبراء التغذية الحمية التي تتبعها الفنانة مايلي سايرس والتي تقوم على تناول الوجبات والمشروبات الخالية من الغيلاتن، الاّ ان مايلي سعيدة بالنتيجة كثيرا حتى انها تتباهي بجسدها يومياً من خلال ارتداء الملابس الرياضية لكشف جسدها الجديد بعد هذه الحمية القاسية.

وفي الامس اخذت مايلي -19 عاما- كلبها في نزهة في لوس انجلوس مرتدية

ضيق جدا وحمالة صدر رياضية تكشف بطنها المشدود والخال من الدهون.

وفي وقت سابق من النهار شوهدت مايلي مرتدية فستان قصير عليه طبعات جماجم.

وكانت مايلي قد نفت في وقت سابق اصابتها بفقدان الشهية موضحة أنها أصبح لديها حساسية اتجاه الأطعمة ذات المواد الغيلاتينية فقط.

وأشارت إلى أنه لابد للجميع أن يجرب عدم تناول تلك الأغذية لأسبوع، وسيظهر ذلك على جلدهم وجسدهم وصحتهم الذهنية.
